Application
- Used for fast and accurate concentrical alignment of bores and shafts
- DIACATOR is an instrument with a stationary indicator and a rotary probe.
- Especially suitable for finding reference points on CNC machines.
- Application Range :
- Internal diameters from 1.5 mm to 340 mm / 0.06“ to 13.4“.
- External diameters from 5 mm to 110 mm / 0.2“ to 4.3“.
- Contrary to other alignment methods, the alignment takes place under the same conditions as the subsequent work.
- Mounted in two precision ball bearings that render it entirely free from play.
- Probe yoke is provided with a safety clutch which takes precaution against damage to the instrument as the probe hang-up on obstacle while in motion.
- Chucking possible for collet chuck, jaw chuck, internal cone.
- Dial Indicator (the scale is not graduated – it indicates deflection to assist with adjustment).
- Morse taper MK1.
- Screw on spacers Ø 10, 12 and 16 mm or 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8” (pls. specify choice when ordering).
- Stop-rod 160 mm long.
- Socket-head wrench SW 2 mm (.08”).
