Application
- Measures the largest diameter of a conical bore or a conical groove.
- Shop floor handy gauge for quick measurement.
- Measuring surface and taper are made of hardened steel.
- Shock protected indicator. Scale graduation of indicator 0.01 mm.
- Application range for three models as follows :
- IKT60 for cone ≤ 60°: Measuring range 0.5 to 121 mm.
- IKT90 for cone > 60° and ≤ 90°: Measuring range 0.5 to 120 mm.
- IKT127 for cone > 90° and ≤ 127°: Measuring range 0.5 to 121 mm.
- Calibration at factory or with setting master.
- Economical alternative: Some of the IKTs can be manufactured withoutstop bars (IKT-OS).
- Special designs on request.
- Available in both analog and digital dials.
- IKT Gauge with shock protected mechanical special indicator c/w test certificate, wooden box, instructions for use.
- The IKT gauge is zero-set at the factory and ready for use.
- Optionally can be equipped with a digital indicator MUM (scale graduation 0.01mm/.0005“) which allows to show different angles by entering a factor.
- The measured values can be recorded and transferred wireless (DIAWIRELESS) or via cable.
- IKT indicators are special indicators with a ratio. The ratio depends upon the used taper of measuring cone.
