Application
- Measures the smallest diameter of an external cone.
- Works on same principle of Internal Taper Gauge.
- Shop floor handy gauge for quick measurement.
- Stop bars and Plungers made of hardened steel.
- Measuring surface and taper are made of hardened steel.
- Shock protected indicator. Scale graduation of indicator 0.01 mm.
- Application range for three models:
- AKT60 for cone ≤ 60° : Measuring range 5 to 121 mm.
- AKT90 for cone > 60° and ≤ 90° : Measuring range 5 to 120 mm.
- AKT127 for cone > 90° and ≤127° : Measuring range 5 to 120 mm.
- Calibration at factory or with setting master.
- Special designs on request.
- Available in both analog and digital dials.
- AKT Gauge with shock protected mechanical special indicator c/w test certificate, wooden box, instruction for use.
- The AKT gauge is zero-set at the factory and ready for use.
- Special setting master on request.
- Optionally can be equipped with a digital indicator which allows to show different angles by entering a factor.
- The measured values can be recorded and transferred wireless (DIAWIRELESS) or via cable.
